Organizational Stewardship:
The responsibility of Management to properly utilize and develop the talents of the members.

The majority of our team members are cross-trained to be able to fulfill more than one aspect of aircraft management.

We have safety programs and safety audits and standard operating procedures.  We encourage team members to bring concerns, comments and ideas to our attention.

All of our pilots are on the payroll of Salem Air Center, Inc., a structure that maximizes the aircraft owner’s protection. Our pilots attend annual training as required by insurance and Salem Air Center, to exceed the highest safety standards established by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)

Product Stewardship:

The understanding, controlling, and communicating a products environmental, health, and safety related effects throughout its life cycle, from production to final disposal or reuse.

Salem Air Center, Inc. is on a first name basis with our insurance carriers and underwriters. We regularly review policies to insure the broadest form of coverage available. Staying on top of frequently changing aviation policies and laws to limit liability saves our aircraft owners considerable time and money.

The management of your costly asset requires attention to detail that exceeds the scope of most companies. Salem Air Center prides itself in the time and effort put forth to provide the most cost effective and timely use of the asset. We realize, and have seen it time and again, in this aviation community, that there is a fine line between an aircraft being considered an asset or a liability.

One of our strengths is that we have years of experience stewarding new clients through the process of buying an aircraft. From start to finish, our knowledgeable professionals can guide you and keep you from making costly errors.  We listen to our clients and help them:

Our services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It takes a special set of people to successfully pull this off year after year after year. We have those people.
